Modern casting technologies are coming up against market scenarios as well as product development undergoing rapid evolution. It therefore becomes necessary, if not essential, to keep abreast of the market, while engaging with product trends and users of designed casting products – whether they are rough, semi-finished or finished. This can be done through casting commodity buyers as well as by being proactive on customers’ product development platforms. Doing so can lead to opportunities for revenue growth by way of foreign-market focused diversification, which has for some time been offering much greater scope for expansion than the Italian market.
