The final of past year has indeed left operators speechless because it has recorded unseen unexpected variations and impossible to predict that revolutionized the normal exchange modalities. As for all aspects of society and economy, the epidemic was a disruptive element with partial and complete lockdowns, reopening and subsequent closures dictated by the contagion danger, which had and heavy impact the steel sector, with a significant effect on production input.
